At ThinkLess, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review our policy below.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order only if:

The item does not fit.

The item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

The original ThinkLess tag must still be attached.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
Items returned without the original tag or showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Approved returns are eligible for an exchange only, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

Products without the original tag attached.

Worn, washed, or damaged items.

Items returned after the 14-day exchange period.

Products damaged through misuse or improper care.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange an exchange if approved.
